[RWP] What is OSC?

That's a strange dialog, control surface settings. Most controls are not in
the tab order, so be ware.
I could not find this control:
Indigo's blurb said:
"To open the default pattern config file folder, select "open config
directory" under "pattern config" in the OSC control surface settings"

Can anybody find a control that says: open config directory?
I don't see one.
