[RWP] ReAccess Installation

Well, your message below says that you are trying to install 32 bit 
Reaper on Windows 7 64 bit, so did you try to install Reaper 32 bit on 
32 bit XP; or Reaper 64 bit on Windows 7 64 bit.
That solution; installing the correct version of Reaper for your 
operating system; definitely works, if you do it, and not the opposite way.
By the way, if you are on Window-Eyes, it doesn't run 64 bit Reaper.
All other screenreaders do.
