[RWP] ReAccess Installation

Oh, I'm sorry, you are trying to install 32 bit Reaper onto Windows 64; Why?
Most 32 bit effects plugIns will run bridged in Reaper X64; what's the 
purpose to butt heads against a brick wall by trying to run the wrong 
Reaper version?
