[RWP] ReAccess Installation

If you just want to use 64 bit Reaper on 64 bit Windows 7; the procedure
is to install the 64 bit Reaper; open then close it once; then install
ReaAccess.
You can access 64 bit Reaper with all screenreaders except Window-Eyes.
