[RWP] renameing a item.

Hey Matt,

That long number you're hearing is a date and time stamp, Reaper
assigns them by default to each item. You can rename items by moving
to them and hitting CTRL+F2. I use this all the time to keep track of
what I like about individual takes. It's worth knowing that by
default, renaming this way only changes what Reaper calls the item, it
doesn't rename the actual audio file, wherever that may be.
