[RWP] strange item editing behavia please help! kind regards trahern.

If you make sure to select the item you are working on Reaper shouldn't 
also edit items on other tracks; at least that's the behaveor I've got.
I often use ctrl+right arrow to select the item to the right of the 
cursor; or ctrl+left arrow if the item is to the left of the cursor.
I hear the number of the item that is selected spoken; and its status as 
being selected.
I wonder if you are moving from track to track with a shortcut  other 
than just up and down arrow, which selects only the track you are on at 
the moment, and does not leave other tracks selected.
