Nope, good idea, but doesn't help.
You can turn off reaper with control+shift+f12, and the arrow keys still
control scrubbing and dont' get sent to the control
Since the screen reader itself is not in the way, the screen reader
passThrough doesn't help either.
It's a reaper issue. Possibly, sending a command directly to the object
itself using a script would work. But, I don't know the messages you need
to send to do that.
I'll poke around at see if I can find out. But, it doesn't look good at
the moment.
