[RWP] dynamic split (transient sensetivity options) isnotaccessible?

The problem with that slider is that it does not respond to the arrow keys. 
I am running reaper 4.4 at the moment.
JAWS can read the slider value just fine.  But, the arrow keys actually 
scrub playback, even though focus is on the slider.  Apparently, The only 
way to operate that slider is via the mouse.   HotSpotClicker time< I guess.
