[RWP] dynamic split (transient sensetivity options) is notaccessible?

I am not familiar with that tool.  But, I do use jaws, and am pretty 
familiar with it.
Before you throw the baby out with the bath water, tell me how to get to the 
window you are working with, and I'll see if I can figure out what is going 
on from the jaws perspective.
