you mean Melodyne?

I just searched, the studio version is about 700 EUR. I don't know of It's accessibility but the results are great because of a patented technology which was introduced I think 1997 or so, they have much experience in this. The feature set depends of the used version. The results I think you hear it in most pop tracks of bad singing people in the world. ;-)
