XML files are cool for some people, but not everyone wants to sit around all day editing XML files to get things to work. That could be an option, but hopefully the word option will be included in that. I one don't have the time to sit and edit XML files all day. And not everyone is all that computer savvy. XML files are tricky, and if you don't put the correct context in to the string you're working on, things will not work and that will cause a whole new level of frustration. I would definitely say that it should be optional. Some people do find it easier to open up a text file, add or edit a few strings of text, and call it a day. Others… Not so much. LOL
