[RWP] reaper fx window - the presets comboBox limitation

Don't get automatible parameters confused with presets.

  Oh, maybe you mean effects plugs rather than synth plugs.
  I don't know what the limitations of presets plugs are.
  If you go to the track view and press shift+P you can access as many 
  automatable presets as the plug has, but it's an awkward way to work.
