[RWP] Solution found: Saving metronome and other feature states

Hi,

the issue regarding metronome and the record automation of some tracks is
solved.
I set the things I want to and saved them as a template. In the
configuration dialogue I chose that on a new project the template "Standard"
will be loaded automatically. Now if I start Reaper, this template is loaded
and metronome is set to on. Great!
