[RWP] Reaper Quick Start

[Indigo]

Press F12 to get learning mode, to hear the actions performed by 
modifier keys like ctrl, shift, alt and qwerty keys.
Press F12 again to return to regular mode, where the actions of the 
shortcuts are carried out.
