[RWP] Documentation on ReaAccess keystrokes

In track view; PressF12 to get shortcut learning mode, where you hear 
the action of each shortcut, but their action is not carried out.
Try any combination of control shift alt and any qwerty key, also qwerty 
keys by themselves.
Press F12 again to return the keyboard to its normal state, so shortcut 
actions are carried out.
