[RWP] creating a new track in reaper

[Indigo]

Hi,
After setting your default record mode as stereo; To bring up Project 
Settings; press alt+enter.
Then tab down 2 or 3 times; ; to Save As Default Project Settings, press 
enter and follow that save dialog.

I didn't confirm it, but seem to remember that you can also choose 
stereo recording as the default; in preferences/recording.
Press ctrl+P for Preferences, then arrow down to Recording, then tab 
through recording preferences.
