[RWP] creating a new track in reaper

[Indigo]

Press ctrl+up arrow to allow the Applications context menu to display.
I find ctrl pluts 2 presses of up arrow works more reliably.
Then press the applications key.
You should get a menu with the word: monitor something; when you arrow down.
In that recording options context menu arrow up/down to Record Stereo.
Click enter on it and you will be recording in stereo.
By the way, you can save this as your default project settings so you 
don't need to set recording  to stereo  it again.
