[RWP] reaper and lame

You know an easy way to get the latest lame is to run the batch 
conversion feature in GoldWave, and ask it to convert any format to mp3.
If it's a newly installed GoldWave it auto searches for lame, and finds 
Lame  in a few seconds.
Then you can go to the GoldWave folder and copy lame to Reaper.
Takes longer to write than it does to do.
