[RWP] Sorry, again Tyrus and Reaper

Hello all!

I have still problems to integrate my Tyrus 3 into Reaper! I loaded the 
.ins file into Reaper and I am also able to browse the contens of the 
instrument banks, but when I want to play, nothing happens. I also tried 
to assign a midi channel, armed the track and monitored it, but it 
didn't work. What is wrong here?
