[RWP] Best and Simplest Quantization Method

I tried all the other methods suggested here, and; by far, it's best to 
use David Shortland's method to go to the Reaper built in midi editor 
and do quantizing there.
Here's the method:
1. Select the midi track with up down arrows.
2. Select the item to be quantized with ctrl+shift+right or left arrow, 
depending on where the item is in relation to where the cursor is.
3. Press ctrl+alt+E; echo; to bring up the midi editor.
4. press enter.
5. Press Alt+V; victor to provide the Mode Event List. You only need to 
do this once per session, it stays selected.
6. Here you can edit individual events per note; along the track's 
timeline or, as we started out to do; quantize the whole item.
To display the quantization menu; press the letter Q; as in quantize.
You get a long list of quantization options at your tab key, with 
choices or values at your arrow keys; like; for instance;  whether to 
quantize to the grid you selected in advance; or to quantize manually.
There are several methods to change the grid, like Snap to Grid Settings 
in the Options Menu, and other places to set the grid to the usual 
thirty seconds, sixteenths, even down to whole measures, which is the 
grid value 4.
Or , you can choose manual quantization.
As you tab down you find many other options, like to quantize notes 
only; events only; all.
You get percentage of quantization, note ends, note beginnings and ends, 
too many options to list them all here, follow the steps and study that 
menu that displays by pressing Q in the Reaper built in editor, it's as 
thorough and flexible  as midi quantization gets in any daw.
