[RWP] tc helicon voicelive 2

There is a manual, plus tutorials on YouTube, plus an editor, plus a 
forum called Voice Council, and that unit probably has not been updated 
to the latest firmware.
Just google TC helicon Voice council, and you'll find the whole 9 yards.
