I think you're right.
I'll just plug the TC Helicon pedal's output left and right XLR jacks
into my preAmp.
I love USB for midi, I would love it for audio too, if I could get it.
I even installed Sonar 8.5.3, both trying to get the TC Helicon pedal to
share WDM with the eMu soundcard, and to learn if the Alchemy Player
that I waxed too enthusiastically over; would actually run on Sonar,
which it easily does; even for a Sonar novice like me.
Then I gave up and uninstalled Sonar 8.5.3.
I just don't have the energy to tackle learning both Sonar and little
old Reaper, which is so easy by comparison to anything else.
Patrick, you and I are just talking to each other, so I can safely say
it's like driving a Mini Cooper compared to driving a grayhound bus. smile.
