[RWP] tc helicon voicelive 2

I know that there are several folks on MidiMag who use VoiceLive, not 
sure which model.
I use VoiceLive Play, and did use VoiceLive Create XT.
How much those models have in common with your VoiceLive 2 I don't know.
I can sympathize with your struggles to get Voice Support to recognize 
your unit, so you can update firmware, and load new presets, if it's 
tears and sympathy you want. smile.
When I gave up frustrating myself trying to get Voice Support to 
recognize my new VoiceLive Play on a perfectly good AMD computer; then 
switched to a Intel based computer, running XP, it all happened 
instantly and automatically.
Go figure?
I had no luck getting answers on PC questions from TC Helicon, since the 
support team all use Macs, and don't stoop to understand PC issues.

I still can't run output from the VoiceLive Play by USB into Reaper.
My soundcard needs its propriatary Asio driver, and apparently the 
VoiceLive Play also expects to share that asio driver, even though it is 
shown in control panel, device manager, as running on the generic 
Microsoft USB audio driver.
I think I will try Reaper's ReaRoute, which is an alternative asio 
driver that works for devices that really want asio; even though only 1 
device at a time can use asio.
I had zero luck using asio4all, which wraps  2 or more WDM drivers as an 
asio driver.
