[RWP] Editing

I think ctrl+shift+right or left arrow will only work until you do some
editing, then quits working, while I think shift+a works in all instances.
I have to try shift+A sufficiently to be sure it doesn't also quit working.
Actually, in XP I haven't found any instance in Reaper version 4X where
send or receive routing doesn't behave normally.
Sometimes now; in version 4.32; I seem to need to repeat Roy's
workAround ctrl+up arrow; over and over; to get the applications menu to
display the monitor item menu.
In trying to show my son how to run Reaper, I learn that sighted users
typically right click on the arm track for recording button; to display
that same monitor item track recording options menu; we get with the
applications key
Now, if I could only find that bit map arm button, I maybe could right
click it; to get that menu more reliably.
Last night, while recording a midi track from Camel Audio's Alchemy
Player, I noticed stuttering when starting play of the track, but I had
already heard the track playing perfectly previously, so I just closed
and reopened the project, and the stuttering disappeared, but stuttering
should never be there, no matter what.
Unfortunately, 3 pieces of serious malware sneaked into my offline daw,
which I found and zapped with MalwareBytes, so maybe I have damage
somewhere, or something else is still lurking in the system.
I still have the opening and closing of some program that I hear from
Windows sounds.
I can end a certain process in Windows Task Manager, and the opening and
closing quits, and everything seems to run as usual without that
process, but I haven't run Microsoft Process Monitor yet to learn what
the process I'm ending belongs to.
I'm always trying new synths, so maybe it's the copy protect sentinel of
some trial synth that the manufacturer has sneaked into my system.
Drat these sentinels; E-Licensers; virtual dongles; log files anyway,
they often persist in the system after removing the synth, and aren't
always given recognizeable names so you can remove them.
The makers don't want you to recognize them and remove them, because
they are logging your trial period; and may be part of the difference
between the trial and paid version.
We should have, but never will have, industry wide rules that all
programs should clean up after themselves when removed.

Due to the fact that ReaAccess functionality is more and more broken with every Reaper release, I am staying away from Reaper 4.x version, because they have new features that I want, and can't properly use. Can't even do a lot of the basic send routing without some seriously bad stuff going on. So, not sure how those versions handle such things.
