[RWP] useing drop zone vst with reaper.

Some Cakewalk programs run in Reaper, you'll need to try it.
I ran the TTS synth, but it's not much of a synth, so don't use it.
If any particular bundled Sonar program  won't run, you'll get an 
announcement that it is propriatary to Cakewalk.
