[RWP] izeitope style stutter edites with reaper?

Stutter began with hardware samplers, where you could take even a single 
word or tiny music phrase, and retrigger it from the keyboard, or with a 
series of midi sixteenth notes that caused the sampler to begin again 
with the phrase.
It's not as convenient as Izotope Stutter, no doubt, but there's nothing 
to keep you from sampling a word or music phrase into ReaSampler, and 
retriggering it while you record the stutter  onto another track.
