[RWP] a few audio edit questions if possible

Try selecting the item with shif+A, before splitting; which is more
reliable than the ctrl+right arrow that seems to work for me in my 32
bit daw
ctrl+right arrow seems to work once in 64 bit Reaper, then no longer
works, so shift+A is a better choice of shortcuts.

Can't find any equivalent of bracket keys, or plus and dash/minus keys
to increase/decrease BPM on the fly.
