I heard the equalizer just now, without setting an output for the equalizer,
just pressed F while on the audio track, loaded the equalizer, tweaked its
parameters, and heard the results when I played the mp3.
I think I have Reaper x64's audio device enabled as RealTech, so that is
probably what both the Mp3 and the equalizer are automatically routed to.
