[RWP] Reaper Quick Start first time using.

I don't have an external soundcard on this online computer, so I just
now went to Reaper x64 with NVDA as the screenreader.
Okay, itcan be even simpler than the the method I described.
I went to the insert menu and inserted media: an mp3 track.
I arrowed to the track to make sure it was selected, and pressed the
letter F.
I was immediately taken to that track's effects routing page, already in
the effects loading dialog.
I selected Reaper's folder for VST effects.
I tabbed to the list of effect plugs in that folder and pressed enter on
ReaEQ, the bundled equalizer.

The mp3 track was very bright, so I chose the high shelf setting, and
set it to minus 40 db, because I was bound to hear that much reduction
of the highs in the mp3 track.
After loading the equalizer; ReaEQ, be sure to tab around and look
carefully at its parameters, which include several frequency bands; and
edit boxes at the arrow keys to raise or lower the level for the
selected frequency band.
There is no okay or apply to click on.
I pressed escape to go back to the track view, and pressed w to rewind,
and the previously very bright mp3 was now very much softer in high
frequencies.
The equalizer went onto the same track as the mp3 was on.
Try that; and what you want should be really easy, with very few steps.
In fact, you should be able to mute the other tracks and hear the
equalization changes as you make them.
Set the selected audio track to repeat, with ctrl+R.
Start that track playing and then press F to go to effects routing and
load the ReaEQ equalizer, and you should be able to hear the results in
real time; as you change the parameters of the equalizer.
