[RWP] Hi all and some questions.

Hello all my name is Jonathan from Arizona and I have a few questions 
regarding reaper. I'm a current music producer but using GB on my mac 
for producing things but, not a powerful program I would want it to be. 
I got reaper on my windows 7 VM but here are my questions and this may 
be a long list of them so I'm sorry in advanced. Does anyone know how to 
not make my midi lag when I play on my keyboard when using a VM of 
windows? and pluss, what's the best way to edit midi in reaper? now, I 
do have some VST questions. what are some VST plugins that I could use 
for making dubstep like beets? I've tried some of them but I really 
can't get them to change sounds at all. do you guys know of some 
accessible VST plugins that I could use with reaper to make my producing 
sound better? Lol. I hope this makes sence to everyone and if  you need 
any more questions, let me know. Thanks all
