[RWP] time selection short cuts

hello heres some time selection short cuts for you please note the item you want to work with must be selected before you use them. 

shift plus page down or page up select next or previous bar 

control plus shift plus pages up or down select next/previous beat. 

 you can also select zoom percentages by pressing shift plus the left or rite aero keys. 

and before i forget to select items you want to work with its 

shift plus left or rite arroz to select next/previous item. 
shift plus a to select the current focused item.
