[RWP] Selection questions

Hello all,

I've some questions about selection in Reaper, in three cases. Excuse my 
English.

Case 1:
After 20 secs, I pause reading. I want select all before the 20 secondes 
on all track. How do this?
Same thing on one track only, without moving it on the timeline.

Case 2:
Between 40 and 43 secs, or measure 51 and 57, I want delete the part or 
put it an FX. how do it on all track? On one track only?

Case 3:
I need to record a new track. The recording have to start at 23 secs and 
I need to heard what I've played on other pists. How to do ti?
