[RWP] Running 32 bit plugs in Win7 64 with Reaper 64?

Not if the sound card is disabled at the hardware level and there are no drivers installed.

This isn't about win7 anyway, this is a function of the software for the realtech cards.

  Win7 absolutely does care if you take the cable out. Or to be more accurate, 
  it is set up for "jack detection," which you can turn on or off in the 
  stupid proprietary control panel applet for whatever horrifying onboard chip
