Definitely install ReaAccess.
Even though some things in it are now broken, it's still a real blessing 
at accessing all versions of Reaper, compared to trying to access Reaper 
barefoot.
Remember to first install Reaper, the 32 bit version for XP and Win 7 
32, or the  64 bit Reaper for Win 7 64.
Then open and close Reaper once before installing ReaAccess.
