[RWP] Beginner questions

Hi to the list,

I just downloaded and installed the latest reaper-version for windows. On the reaper-website I read that there are many different skins to customize reaper. Do I have to pay attention for any thing concerning accessibility? Is it recommended using rea-access with the latest reaper, or should I work with the software just out of the box? 
I'm using jaws 14 and windows 7 home premium 32-bit.
