[RWP] adding new vst's in reaper?

I keep all non-Reaper plugIns in 1 folder, in Program Files Steinberg 
VSTPlugins.
You need to set up the path in Reaper.
Press ctrl+p to get to preferences.
Navigate to VST PlugIns.
Then tab down to the line for typing in the path.
Be sure to type the correct path beginning with C colon  if that's what 
drive your plugIns folder is on.
Then tab down and press enter on OK.

If required, you can force a rescan if Reaper doesn't find your plugIns 
folder.
In that same VST topic where you typed the path to your plugs, tab down 
to Clear and Rescan.
Hit enter, or if that doesn't get action, I press NVDA+enter at the 
number pad.
Wait for the rescan to finish, then try to bring up your new plugs.
