[RWP] tiny synth box for vocoder?

Thanks, Tim, I was wondering about those old Yamaha boxes.
I was also googling for info on the Alesis NanoSynth.
I don't know if I ever heard a NanoSynth, I used to like the sounds of
the QuadraSynth, but that was half a lifetime ago, and they might sound
pretty flabby compared to today's gear.
I'll resist comparing the sound of whatever ancient gear I find, just
for the convenience of being able to chain a small independent synth to
feed the vocoder with sawtooth waves, which will suffice for the purpose.
Thanks,
Indi
