[RWP] General question concerning accessibility in reaper

Same on the mac starting with version 4. It's accessible with some
creative workarounds. Because there is no reaccess for the mac, most
of the actions we need keyboard short cuts for have non assigned. So
its a handy task of making your own and other little creative tricks
to navigate the interface whci can seem cluttered at times.
