[RWP] my poise question again

[Indigo]

Go outside of Poise by pressing the Windows key plus M to get to the 
desktop, then navigate as usual to where you store a sample.
With the sample selected; press ctrl plus C to cut the sample to your 
windows clipboard.
  Then press tab to return to Poise; then navigate to a pad and make 
sure that pad is selected; then press ctrl plus V to paste the sample to 
the pad.
No mouse clicks are required for pasteing.
