[RWP] poise access

Hi list,
This is the promised script for poise: it is free. Here's what can be done.
Clicking the 16 pads,
auditioning them,
clicking menues for each pad,
Importing and creating new kits.

Note:
This script doesn't work with bridging, so, if in reaper 4 make sure to 
check the "native only" option in the compatibility tab under vst.
