Hi & Greetings from The Great Southern Ladn
You will probably want the keystroke
Shift plus Enter
on the Blank Track to create the Folder...
And then
Shift plus Enter
on the Track that will be the end of your Folder...
When the Folder has been created, pressing Enter on the Folder Track will
cycle thru Open, Small & Closed... states of the Folder...
Kind regards

Subject: [RWP] How to select tracks in reaper?
Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone can tell me how you select specific tracks in
reaper.
I am trying to create a folder for some high hats and am trying to put them
in a folder so I can EQ them simultaneously.
I thought I understood to create a folder you need to start with a blank
track, then add the other s you need. So I have a blank track, followed by
three more blank tracks at the moment, which I want to contain High-hat
closed, High-hat Opened and High-hat stomped. I have the four tracks and
understood I should press enter on the first track, then enter on the last
to designate the folder. When I press enter on the first or last track I get
the message stating "Can't close or open the track". What may I be doing
wrong here.
Thanks for any assistance.
Brett.
