I think so.
That had a few different versions going around one was free and one was paid, but they're about the same thing.

This is by far the most accessible and versatile sample playback and construction tool we have so far, everything is created via a text file, you just need to learn and apply the opcodes.
and load your samples via regions and your off to good times.
Someone did an ahk script a while back for sfz, I think our buddy down under in queensland,
there are only about 8 controls on the whole interface, and easily spotted.
If I get time, I might do an hsc for jaws but I can't promise when, studio is busy right now.
But none of the heavy lifting is done via the interface, only loading and changing a few basic things.
