[RWP] Performing actions to a large number of tracks.

Actually, none of my tracks have anything on them yet. I am creating a 
vocal track template. I would create 6 tracks, Press enter on the top 
one to denote folder, move down to the bottom track and press enter to 
denote end of folder.

When I pan the top most track, which does indeed say "Folder," the rest 
of the tracks remain centered.
