[RWP] Performing actions to a large number of tracks.

Kevin:
Make sure your folder starts with an empty track and ends with the last 
track you want to apply stuff to.
It's best to use an empty track as the start of a folder as kind of a 
divider. You can get unpredictable results if your folder doesn't have a 
defined end, or if the starting track in a folder already has stuff on it.
