[RWP] More on creating actions.

Aha, now I see what you're trying to do. ReaAccess has some
terminology that doesn't match up with the Reaper actions list, which
is probably confusing the issue.

So far as I can tell, the action "Track: set track record monitor to
auto/tape" chained after whichever action you're using to arm the
track would do the job. Use "Track: Set track record monitor to off"
after whichever action you're using to unarm.

Finding it hard to believe that this isn't already a setting
somewhere, just can't find it.

Let us know how that works out
