[RWP] Further directions for the visually impaired reaper community

Hi Scott, Chris and others,
This sounds very unfortunate indeed. in other words, if the Reaper a11y
for our community must be improved, we at least have to start to build
something up from the ground again.
What are the problems you guys are facing with current ReaAccess? Would
it be worth it to start a new Reaper Accessibility project at all,
especially when it wouldn't be costless?
