All it takes is time and money. 'grin'.

So far we're dead in the water on all previous indicated advancements.

So everyone is just kind of getting by, doing the best they can with what they got.

Subject: [RWP] Further directions for the visually impaired reaper community

  Hello all,

Although there have been several reasons to hesitate, i've now decided
to use Reaper as my primary DAW and audio editor. Really liking it so
far in conjunction with ReaAccess. However, ReaAccess is also the part
of the whole story which is a bit alarming. ReaAccess 1.3.0 is the
latest version for ages now, the version 2.0 which was promised in the
past never saw the light as far as i know. Please correct me if i'm
wrong. 1.3.0 works nice together with version 3 of Reaper, but Reaper 4
is where some bugs are experienced, at least in my case.
I'm wondering about the following points.
  1. Is there any chance that ReaAccess 2.0 will ever see the light, or is
the project simply and entirely dead?
  2. is there any chance that ReaAccess' sourcecode will be open sourced
whenever development is ceased for good by the original author(s)?

If both points are negative, it might be interesting to investigate
whether there are people interested in development of a new plugin for
  Reaper accessibility.

Looking forward to answers of you guys.

  Regards,
  Leonard de Ruijter
