[RWP] poise

Not saying this to discourage David or put words into Shannons mouth
at all, but it seems like the next big step forward for Poise
accessibility would be being able to cycle through the controls that
Shannon has labeled as part of the tab order. That, or doing whatever
would need to be done to expose them to object navigation to cut down
on the amount of mousing around. Strikes me that a programmer is what
he'd need right now just to impart the knowledge of a tried and tested
method to get that to happen. A better understanding of screen readers
and how we roll will no doubt be useful further down the line if he
needs to tweak or refine, but it's probably jumping the gun to get
bogged down in that now.

Is there anyone in touch with fellow Aussies who crunch code for
breakfast, maybe someone who's written NVDA addons or the like?
There's the NVDA developers themselves in Brisbane of course, but
while their intent is good, I should imagine they're both pretty busy
boys. Shannon, if you think a bit of time on the phone or Skype with a
fellow coder could decrease the workload, let us know and I'll happily
make the introductions with Jamie (one of the lead developers of
NVDA).
