[RWP] FW: Reapers plug window always on top?

No, the problem he is referring to is that, if you open a plug that way, in 
a dedicated process, and then alt tab away to another application, you will 
find that application is only partially visible.  You aren't even focused in 
reaper anymore.  But, the camned plug stays on top, obscuring, or partially 
obscuring all other windows, even outside of reaper.
Not a very compliant citizen.
