[RWP] Fading in reaper.

Auto-makeup is just a switch that automatically compensates for output 
gain of the compressor based on values of threshold and ratio. What 
Reaper calls Pre-comp is look-ahead. In the case of a ducker, the output 
is ducked a bit before you hear what's on the other side with look-ahead 
on the side-chaining compressor.
